Bomb Blast rocks The Kano Central mosque in which Emir of Kano performs the Friday Jummat prayers.
Eye witness day the suicide bombers came on two motor cycles. It wss said that the bomb exploded and a lot or people were killed and others injured. A health worker in Nassarawa hospital in the GRA area of the state said he could count the number of corpses brought to the morgue.
People are currently running helter skelter in the Old City.
Police have cordoned off the area. The casualty figure cannot be ascertained as corpses and injured people are being carried to the hospital.
